About Acreden

Last updated: 29 July 2026

Nigerian real estate runs on fear: one plot sold to three buyers, forged Certificates of Occupancy, family land sold without consent, agents who vanish after collecting fees. The people who pay the highest premiums for safety — including Nigerians abroad who cannot inspect in person — have had no platform that takes responsibility for whether a property is real.

What we do differently

  • Every listing is vetted before it goes live. Document authentication, registry searches, and a physical inspection — signed off by two separate reviewers, never one.
  • Every naira moves through escrow. Funds are held by licensed partners and released only as ownership transfer actually progresses.
  • Transfer is tracked to completion.Offer letters, title search, deed, governor’s consent — one tracker both sides can see.
  • Fraud has consequences. Bad actors are blacklisted across the platform, and post-verification fraud is treated as an existential failure, not a statistic.

Where we are

We are starting in Akwa Ibom — sales, rentals, and leases — and expanding from there.
