The people who pay the highest premiums for safety — including Nigerians abroad who cannot inspect in person — have had no platform that takes responsibility for whether a property is real.
Acreden takes that responsibility. Nothing goes live unverified, and no part of the transaction is designed to depend on trusting a stranger.
What we do differently
Vetted before it goes live
Document authentication, a state registry search, and a physical inspection — signed off by two separate reviewers, never one. Listings that fail any check never appear.
Payments built around escrow
The platform is designed so money only moves through escrow — funds held by licensed partners and released as ownership transfer actually progresses, never hand-to-hand.
Transfer tracked to completion
Offer letters, title search, deed, governor’s consent — one tracker both sides can see, so nobody is guessing where their money or their documents are.
Fraud has consequences
Bad actors are blacklisted across the platform. Post-verification fraud is treated as an existential failure, not a statistic to absorb.

Before anything goes live we authenticate the title documents, run a search at the state lands registry, and physically inspect the property. Two reviewers must independently sign off — no single person can push a listing live. Only then does it earn the Verified badge.
